The wife of Tim Donaghy, the disgraced referee that threw games in a betting scandal, has filed a restraining order against Donaghy. Kim Donaghy has a hearing on Monday with a Florida judge, according to reports. As reported by The AP: According to court papers, she accuses her husband of hitting their children, breaking into her e-mail account and threatening to hurt her. Donaghy could not be reached by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune and his attorney's office declined comment. The Donaghys are fighting over custody of their four young children and their million-dollar house in Florida's Manatee County. Tim Donaghy is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18 on two felony charges stemming from gambling on NBA games and providing information to gamblers. The maximum penalty would be up to 25 years in prison and $500,000 in fines.
